Dear Mark,
This letter details my findings from a ground assessment on August 8th, 2018.
Regarding the complaint from David Johnson. The three large elm trees located at 1368
Prospect have no evidence of being in poor condition. Yes, they are old but have plenty of
green leaves and therefore; I find no reason for removal or trimming.
