COUNCIL MEMBER WOLFF INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION:
A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR PAYMENT AND REDEMPTION OF GENERAL
OBLIGATION VARIOUS PURPOSE BONDS, SERIES 2010, OF THE CITY OF BLAIR,
NEBRASKA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BLAIR,
NEBRASKA, as follows:
Section 1. That the following bonds, in accordance with their option provisions, are hereby
called for payment on July 28, 2015, after which date interest on the bonds will cease:
General Obligation Various Purpose Bonds, Series 2010, of the City of Blair, Nebraska, date
of original issue — May 18, 2010, in the total outstanding principal amount of $905,000,
numbered as shown on the books of the Paying Agent and Registrar, in denomination of
$5,000 each, becoming due and bearing interest as follows:

Said bonds are hereinafter referred to as the "Refunded Bonds."
Section 2. The Refunded Bonds are to be paid off at the office of the Treasurer of the City of
Blair, Nebraska, as paying agent and registrar (the "Paying Agent").
Section 3. A true copy of this resolution shall be filed by the City Clerk with the Paying Agent
at least thirty (3 0) days prior to call date and the Paying Agent and Registrar is hereby instructed to take
appropriate action to mail notice to registered owners at least thirty (3 0) days prior to the call date and
to give notice in form and manner required by The Depository Trust Company.
COUNCIL MEMBER WOLFF MOVED THAT THE RESOLUTION BE ADOPTED AS READ,
WHICH SAID MOTION WAS SECONDED BY COUNCIL MEMBER JENSEN. UPON ROLL
CALL, COUNCIL MEMBERS VOTING "AYE" HALL, WILLIS, WOLFF, JENSEN AND
ANDERSEN AND COUNCIL MEMBERS STEWART AND SHEPARD VOTING "NAY", THE
MAYOR DECLARED THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 23RD
DAY OF JUNE, 2015.
