AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1111.04 SCHEDULE OF MINIMUM OFF -
STREET PARKING AND LOADING REQUIREMENTS OF THE ZONING REGULATIONS
OF THE CITY OF BLAIR, NEBRASKA, ADDING MINIMUM OFF STREET PARKING
REGULATIONS AND MINIMUM OFF STREET LOADING REQUIREMENTS FOR
OFFICES AND OFFICE BUILDINGS; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE
SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BLAIR, NEBRASKA:
SECTION 1. Section 1111.04 of the Zoning Regulations for the City of Blair, Nebraska
is hereby amended to add the following provision, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked
Exhibit "A" and incorporated by this reference herein adding Offices and Office Buildings to the
Schedule of Minimum Off - Street Parking and Loading Requirements.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
