COUNCILMEMBER WILLIS INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION:
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution Number 2018-3, the Mayor and City Council of the
City of Blair, Nebraska, adopted the Year 2018 One and Six Year plan for the construction and
maintenance and repair of the streets of the City of Blair, Nebraska,
WHEREAS, certain amendments have been made to said One and Six Year Plan
necessitating and amendment to such Plan,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Blair, Nebraska, that the
Year 2018 One and Six Year plan for the construction and maintenance and repair of the streets of
the City of Blair, Nebraska, as prepared by the City Street Superintendent and dated January 23,
2018, be hereby is amended to add the design and construction of South 14th Avenue from Wilbur
Street South to south lot line of Lot 41 of Northern View Subdivision including the cul-de-sac on
east side of South 14th Avenue for Lots 25, 26, 27, 28, Mount Hope Circle from South 14th Avenue
west to cul-de-sac, Poulson Drive from South 14th Avenue east to existing stub no name street,
South 14th Circle from Poulson Drive south to south lot line of Lot 40 of the Northern View
Subdivision all within the Northern View Subdivision of Blair, Washington County, Nebraska.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the amendments to said One and Six Year Plan be
filed with the Department of Roads, State of Nebraska.
COUNCIL MEMBER WILLIS MOVED THAT THE RESOLUTION BE ADOPTED AS READ,
WHICH SAID MOTION WAS SECONDED BY COUNCIL MEMBER WOLFF. UPON ROLL
CALL, COUNCIL MEMBERS SHEPARD, STEWART, WILLIS, HANSEN, JENSEN, HALL,
AND WOLFF VOTING "AYE", AND COUNCIL MEMBERS NONE VOTING "NAY", THE
MAYOR DECLARED THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION PASSED AND APPROVED THIS
24TH DAY OF APRIL, 2018.
