COUNCIL MEMBER WOLFF INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCE:
AN ORDINANCE REZONING TAX LOTS 75 AND 78 IN SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 18
NORTH, RANGE 11 EAST OF THE 6TH P.M. AND EAST V, OF VACATED ALLEY
ADJACENT THERETO, CITY OF BLAIR, WASHINGTON COUNTY, NEBRASKA FROM
RL — RESIDENTIAL LOW DENSITY DISTRICT TO RML — MULTI -FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL LOW DENSITY DISTRICT; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS
OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS
ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT AND ORDERING THE
ORDINANCE PUBLISHED IN PAMPHLET FORM.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BLAIR,
NEBRASKA.
SECTION 1. That the Zoning Regulations of the City of Blair be amended so as to change
the zoning designation of the real estate referenced above in Washington County, Nebraska from
RL — Residential Low Density District to RML — Multi -Family Residential Low Density District.
SECTION 2. Be if further ordained by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Blair
that the official zoning maps of the City of Blair should be changed to reflect the zoning as
established hereby.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and following the
passage and publication hereof as required by law.
