I, Eugene Christiansen, of R.F.D., Herman, Nebraska, having been first duly
sworn, hereby state that my parents were Christian William Christiansen and Hilda
Christiansen. I further state that during their life times my parents owned:
Plots 3, 4, 5 and 6 in Lot 36, in Block 116 of the
Blair Cemetery, in the City of Blair, Washington
County, Nebraska.
I further state that my parents had two children, being myself and my sister
Viva Christiansen Sorensen.
I further state that my mother, Hilda Christiansen, was deceased on May 9,
1962, owning the above described cemetery plots in joint tenancy with my father. My
father, Christian William Christiansen, also known as C.W. Christiansen was
deceased on October 21, 1967. That there was no probate proceeding ever had in
the Estate of my father, C.W. Christiansen, but at the time of his death his only heirs
were I and my sister, Viva Christiansen Sorensen. Since my father's decease, my
sister, Viva, was deceased on October 27, 1983. The above described cemetery plots
were not part of my sister's estate.
I further state that my mother and father are buried on Plots 3 and 4 of said
Lot 36, Block 116, and that Plots 5 and 6 of said Lot 36, Block 116 remain empty.
I hereby state that I am claiming ownership of Plots 5 and 6 in Lot 36, Block
116 of the Blair Cemetery, in the City of Blair, Washington County, Nebraska, by
