installation contractors license number 39498, is in full compliance with the applicable water well drilling
reguluations of the State of Nebraska.
Furthermore Jensen Well Co Inc. has never had a disiplince levied against either your license number or other
contractor license issued by the State since the adoption of the Water Well Standards and Contractors Licensing
Act in 1986.
