2018-03RESOLUTION NO. 2018-3
COUNCILMEMBER STEWART INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Blair, Nebraska, that the
2018 One and Six Year Plan for the construction, maintenance and repair of the streets of the City
of Blair, Nebraska, as prepared by the City Street Superintendent, be and is hereby adopted with
the projects listed on the "Form Ts" attached hereto and incorporated by this reference herein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of said plan be filed with the Department of
Roads, State of Nebraska.
COUNCIL MEMBER STEWART MOVED THAT THE RESOLUTION BE ADOPTED AS
READ, WHICH SAID MOTION WAS SECONDED BY COUNCIL MEMBER HANSEN.
UPON ROLL CALL, COUNCIL MEMBERS SHEPARD, STEWART, WILLIS, HANSEN,
JENSEN, HALL, ANDERSEN AND WOLFF VOTING "AYE", AND COUNCIL MEMBERS
NONE VOTING "NAY", THE MAYOR DECLARED THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 23RD DAY OF JANUARY, 2018.
