LOCAL POLITICAL ACQUISITION CONTRACT
EASEMENT
THIS CONTRACT, made and entered into on this Iq day of November 2017, by and
between, CON -E -CO, Address: 237 N 13`' St., Blair, Nebraska, hereinafter the called the OWNER,
and the City of Blair, hereinafter called the CITY.
EASEMENT
WITNESSETH: In Consideration of the Right to Build a Structure over the City's Storm
Sewer, the OWNER hereby grants to the CITY an Easement to certain real estate legally described
as:
Lots 5, 6, 7, and Part of Vacated Iowa Street, Block 21, Old Town Blair and
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, Block 31, Old Town Blair
It is understood that the Easement area(s) may be used for the maintenance and repairs of
the City of Blair Storm Sewer.
The OWNER agrees to grant to the CITY access to the manhole and concrete tube located
inside the structure at any time for any maintenance or service of the manhole, underground tube, or
sewer system. The OWNER and CITY hereby agree that the manhole for accessing the tube will be
raised to be same elevation as finished floor of the structure and that the OWNER shall be
responsible for all costs associated therewith. Any ordinary repairs or demolish cost to the structure
to maintain or service the tube shall be the sole responsibility of the OWNER.

REMARKS
THIS IS A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT—READ IT
The representative of the CITY, in presenting this contract has given me a copy and explained all its
provisions. A complete understanding and explanation has been given of the terminology, phrases,
and statements contained in this contract. It is understood that no promises, verbal agreements or
understanding, except as set forth in this contract, will be honored by the CITY.
