COUNCIL MEMBER ANDERSEN INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION:
BE IT REOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUCNIL OF THE CITRY OF
BLAIR, NEBRASKA, AS FOLLOWS:
That the proposed schedule for special assessments against Water District Number 52 — Arbor
Park Subdivision, is hereby tentatively approved and placed on file with the City Clerk for
inspection by all interested parties; that the Mayor and City Council shall hold a special meeting
at 218 South 16th Street on the 10th day of October, 2017 at 7:00 o'clock P.M. for the purpose of
sitting as a Board of Equalization to levy special assessments on the lots and parcels of land
benefited by Water District Number 52 — Arbor Park Subdivision; that notice of the time of holding
such meeting and the purpose for which it is held shall be published in The Enterprise, a legal
newspaper published and of general circulation in the City at least 10 days (two publications)
before the date of said hearing; that the City Clerk is directed to publish such notice in the form
presented to this meeting, which form of notice shall be annexed to the minutes showing passage
of this resolution, and the Clerk shall mail copies of such notice to all interested parties as provided
by law.
COUNCIL MEMBER ANDERSEN MOVED THAT THE RESOLUTION BE ADOPTED AS
READ, WHICH SAID MOTION WAS SECONDED BY COUNCIL MEMBER WOLFF. UPON
ROLL CALL, COUNCIL MEMEBERS VOTING "AYE" STEWART, SHEPARD, WILLIS,
WOLFF, ANDERSEN AND JENSEN AND COUNCIL MEMBERS NONE VOTING "NAY",
THE MAYOR DECLARED THE FORGOING RESOLUTION PASSED AND ADDOPTED
THIS 26TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER 2017.
