This Memorandum, dated for reference purposes only June i , 2017 (the "Effective
Date"), is made by and between Blair Public Library Foundation, a nonprofit corporation duly
organized and existing under the laws of the State of Nebraska ("Landlord") and the City of Blair,
Nebraska ("Tenant").
1 Lease. Landlord has leased to Tenant, on the terms and conditions of that
certain Lease Agreement between the parties hereto of even date herewith (the "Lease") that
certain property and all improvements thereon located in Washington County, Nebraska, more
particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein. The
terms and conditions of the Lease are incorporated by this reference.
2. Term. The initial term of the Lease is for forty (40) years, commencing on the
Effective Date with two (2) twenty (20) year options to extend the lease.
3. Addresses. The addresses of the parties are:
Landlord: Blair Public Library Foundation
210 South 17`h Street
Blair, NE 68008
Tenant: City of Blair
218 South 161h Street
Blair, NE 68008
4. Purpose of Memorandum. This Memorandum is prepared for the purpose of
recordation and it in no way modifies the Lease.
