Mr. Storm,
This letter is to modify the Joint Funding Agreement (JFA) #16H5NE002 dated
May 23, 2016, between the City of Blair, NE, and the U.S. Geological Survey for Lidar
acquisition and processing. The agreement is currently set to expire on June 30, 2017
however the work will still be ongoing and the invoicing will not have been fully
processed.
The purpose of this amendment is for a time -extension to the period of performance
(only) in order to allow the JFA to remain in force and to reduce the amount of the
agreement by $2,312.72. This will reduce the amount of the agreement from $13,000.00
to $10,687.28.
Accordingly, paragraph 2 of the agreement is hereby modified to read as follows:
2 (a). $0.00 by the party of the first part during the period May 23, 2016 to
June 30, 2018.
2 (b). $10,687.28 by the party of the second part during the period May 23, 2016 to
June 30, 2018.
This amendment does not affect any of the other terms of the agreement.
