Reason for Changes:
Item 1.1 was needed due to conflict In grade between the sanitary sewer main and an existing gas
main. Item 1.2 was needed in order to construct storm sewer In the sediment basin area. Item 1.3
was constructed in place of removing and replacing pavement. Changes in all other Items are
based on measurements after construction, the elimination of the planned video Inspection of
storm sewers, and the elimination of planned seeding and erosion control blanket Installation.
