Mr. Shoemaker,
Thank you for your request for proposal for the addition of smoke detectors to your Water Treatment Plant's
Industrial VFD Room and Main Electrical Room. Two strobe/horn smoke detectors will be installed in the
Industrial VFD Room and one strobe/horn smoke detector will be installed in the Main Electrical Room. Each
smoke detector will interface with the existing SCADA System and alarm in the event of detection in either room.
A Three (3) Strobe/Horn Smoke Detectors, 120 Vac, 9VDC battery back-up, form C relay contact for
Your net price for Items A thru E, FOB factory with freight allowed to jobsite including
one (1) year warranty from date of startup (not to exceed 18 months from date of
shipment)...................$10,950.00 PLUS TAX.
The above price for Item A thru E does not include any:
1. Sales or use taxes.
2. Permits or inspection fees.
3. Bond costs.
4. Modifications to Fire Alarm Control Panels.

Professional Services to include engineering,'PLC programming, SCADA Programming,
and onsite field services for testing and start-up.
E One (1)
Update existing Installation, Operation, and Maintenance Manuals to include the above
changes.
