Enclosed are two originals of the Contract Amendment for Blair's CCCFF contract # 14-03-183, extending the contract
termination date to July 7, 2017. After reviewing the amendment, please execute both copies by signing and returning
to the Department. One copy will be returned to the City for record keeping.

CIVIC AND COMMUNITY CENTER FINANCING FUND ASSISTANCE AWARD
AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT NO. 14-03-183
This contract amendment is entered into between the State of Nebraska Department of
Economic Development ("Department"), and the City of Blair, Nebraska ("Recipient"),
upon the date of signature by both parties.
RECITALS:
A. The parties have previously contracted via a 7 -page contract, numbered 14-03-183,
which was variously dated November 18, 2014 (by Department) and November 14,
2014 (by Recipient), and which has a time of performance from May 7, 2014 to May 7,
2016 ("Original Contract").
B. The Original Contract allows for amendments of its terms at §4.04.
C. The parties have reached agreement to amend the Original Contract in order to
extend the termination date of the contract to July 7, 2017.
AGREEMENT:
Premised on the Recitals above, and in consideration of the mutual promises and
understandings of the parties set forth below, the parties agree as follows:
The following provisions of the Original Contract, indented below for clear identification,
are amended as shown, by deleting the original language shown in strikethrough format
[example], and/or inserting the new language shown in underlined format exam le].
Amendments to Original Contract.
§1.03 Effective Dates.
The effective dates of this contract are from May 7, 2014 to May 7, ''� July 7,
2017, with contract funding associated with the appropriated Act Funds for the
fiscal biennium from July 1, 2012, through June 30, 2014.
All other provisions of the Original Contract remain in effect.

ACCEPTANCE PROVISIONS.
The parties acknowledge they have read and understand this instrument and agree to
its provisions, and that it will be effective on the date when both parties have signed.
