Impact Construction Study for Lions ParkTwo areas were tested at Lion's Club Park in Blair, Nebraska; the area next to an eight foot slide and the
area around a six foot deck. Testing at an eight foot slide resulted in an average HIC score of 881, and
testing at a six foot deck resulted in an average HIC score of 578. ASTM standards call for a HIC score of
less than 1000.
