2323ORDINANCE NO. 2323 COUNCIL MEMBER SHEPARD INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCE: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF BLAIR ZONING ORDINANCE SECTION 1103 ACCESSORY BUILDINGS AND USES AMENDING NUMBER (6) TO SECTION 1103.02 SIZE LIMITATIONS IN REFERENCE TO AN ACCESSORY BUILDING BEING CONSTRUCTED WITHOUT A PRIMARY BUILDING; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FORCE AND EFFECT AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE IS PUBLISHED IN PAMPHLET FORM. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BLAIR, NEBRASKA: SECTION 1 Section 1103.02 SIZE LIMITATIONS of the Blair Zoning Regulations of Blair, Nebraska is hereby amended as follows, to wit: 6. No accessory structure shall be constructed without a primary building or structure. No accessory building shall remain if the primary structure is removed or demolished, except with the approval of a conditional use permit upon lots where construction of a primary building or structure is prohibited. The conditional use permit may include but not be limited to requirements for additional setback, landscaping, screening, etc. All accessory buildings must meet front yard setback requirements. SECTION 2 All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 3 This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and following the passage and publication hereof as required by law and providing for publication of this ordinance in pamphlet form.
