COUNCIL MEMBER WOLFF INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION:
A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR PAYMENT AND REDEMPTION OF A PORTION
OF THE OUTSTANDING FLOOD CONTROL BOND ANTICIPATION NOTES, SERIES
2015, OF THE CITY OF BLAIR, NEBRASKA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BLAIR,
NEBRASKA, as follows:
Section 1. That $3,100,000 in principal amount of the following notes, in accordance with
their option provisions, are hereby called for payment on December 15, 2016 , after which date
interest on the notes will cease:
Flood Control Bond Anticipation Notes, Series 2015, of the City of Blair, Nebraska, date
of original issue — January 15, 2015, issued and outstanding in the principal amount of
$3,500,000, numbered as shown on the books of the Paying Agent and Registrar,
becoming due and bearing interest as follows:

*This is a partial call of the $3,500,000 Flood Control Bond Anticipation Notes, Series 2015,
of which $400,000 will remain outstanding following such call.
Said notes are hereinafter referred to as the "Refunded Notes."
Section 2. The Refunded Notes are to be paid off at the office of the Treasurer of the
City of Blair, Nebraska, as paying agent and registrar (the "Paying Agent").
Section 3. A true copy of this resolution shall be filed by the City Clerk with the Paying
Agent at least thirty (30) days prior to call date and the Paying Agent and Registrar is hereby
instructed to take appropriate action to mail notice to registered owners at least thirty (30) days
prior to the call date and to give notice in form and manner required by The Depository Trust
Company.
COUNCIL MEMBER WOLFF MOVED THAT THE RESOLUTION BE ADOPTED AS
READ, WHICH SAID MOTION WAS SECONDED BY COUNCIL MEMBER JENSEN.
UPON ROLL CALL, COUNCIL MEMBERS SHEPARD, STEWART, WILLIS, HANSEN,
WOLFF, CHRISTIANSEN AND JENSEN VOTING "AYE", AND COUNCIL MEMBERS
NONE VOTING "NAY", THE MAYOR DECLARED THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION
PASSED AD ADOPTED THIS 8TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 2016.
