We the undersigned owners of Lot 1 Havenhill Subdivision, City of Blair, agree to lower
all fences in the front yard and redirect the structural members of the fence to face our
property to meet the City of Blair Fencing Ordinances at such time that Seventeenth
(17th) Avenue extends to the South and the barbed wire fence is removed. We further
agree to make these changes within six months of notification by the City of Blair.
