being in the Northeast Quarter of the Ndrtheast Quarter (NE -14 NE4) of
Section Twelve (12), Township Eighteen (18) North, Range Eleven (11) East
of the 6th P.M. in Washington County; Nebraska, as such lot is shown on
the plat of said cemetery now on file in the Office of the County Clerk of
said county.
Subject to the rules and regulations of the Council of the City of Blair,
Washington County, Nebraska, and subject to all rules and regulations
adopted from time to _time by the Board of Trustees of the Blair Cemetery
Association.
