Dear Ms. Pickell,
In answer to your October 20, 1983 letter, it will be necessary
for you to complete a Quitclaim Deed to the City of Blair.
The Deed can be obtained from any lawyer. -It should contain
the following: Sale of Grave Spaces 7, 8, and 9 of North 1/2,
Lot Five (5) in Block 101, Cemetery, City of Blair, Nebraska.
The City purchases these lots at today's fee of $125.00 per each
lot X 75% of the value. Your lot would then be $281.25 for the three
grave spaces.
When we receive the Quitclaim Deed and a NE Form 521 (Real Estate
Transfer Statement) we will then send you a check in the amount of
$281.25.
