We have done research and computation in regard to what was known as Tax Lot 117 in Section 23,
T18N, R11E, Washington County, Nebraska and find that the lines described on the Warranty Deed from
Sodenburg to Gutshow recorded in the office of the Washington County Register of Deeds in book 493
at pages 690-691 (see attached) best describes this tract. The surveys by The Schemmer Associated that
define the plat of Gutshow Plaza as recorded in Plat Book 2 at page 1411 of the office of the washinton
County Register of Deeds and the survey of Robert Tichy dated February 2, 2006, on file in the office of
the Washington County Surveyor, both follow the same lines and identify the same property, The best
legal description to use as the bases of going forward would be the legal description attached,
