COUNCIL MEMBER HANSEN INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCE:
AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT KNOWN AS A 10' STRIP ON EACH SIDE
OF THE PROPERTY LINE BETWEEN LOTS 23 AND 24 AND LOTS 44 AND 45 IN
RIDGEVIEW ESTATES SUBDIVISION, BLAIR, WASHINGTON COUNTY, NEBRASKA;
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH; PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND
EFFECT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION OF THIS ORDINANCE IN PAMPHLET
FORM.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BLAIR, NEBRASKA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The described easement known as a 10' strip on each side of the property
line between Lots 23 and 24 and Lots 44 and 45 in Ridgeview Estates Subdivision, Blair,
Washington County, Nebraska, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 729 = 736, filed on 8/25/1994 of
the office of the Washington County Recorder is hereby vacated and all rights and uses of said
area shall revert to the owners of said lots.
SECTION 2. All ordinances, resolutions or orders or parts thereof in conflict with the
provisions of this Ordinance are to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and following the
passage and publication hereof as required by law and shall be published in pamphlet form.
