Dear Property Owner:
The City of Blair enforces the 2009 International Property Maintenance Code. This is a
courtesy notice informing you the City has received a complaint that your property,
known as 2165 Park St, may be in violation of the City's property maintenance code due
to the following reasons: large hole adjoining back of house is a safety hazard; rear door
landing is a safety hazard; general disrepair of the rear of house and no building permit
for the current construction. Please review the enclosed photos.
In order for the Building Inspector to make a formal evaluation of the property, please j
schedule a property maintenance inspection by 7/17/2015. This inspection will include
the interior and exterior of all existing structures. After the inspection, you will receive a
letter outlining the violations that need to be corrected and a deadline for having them
corrected. If no violations are found, the city will issue you a letter to that effect.
