3. Chairman Boettcher opens a public hearing to consider an Ordinance amending the City of
Blair Zoning Regulations Section 1103.02(3)(D) Size Limitations, as requested by an
application for amendment to the Zoning Regulations submitted by Gary & Karen Bates,
7521 North Terrace Trl, Blair, Nebraska, to add “1) In RRE Districts on lots of at least 5
acres, the maximum combined total square footage of all accessory buildings shall not exceed
six thousand (6,000) square feet.”

Blair City, Washington County, Nebraska (1327 Park St.) for five (5) years.
