the date of the formal notice as per the attached code. If an extension is needed for additional

On or about June 16, 2011, you received a courtesy letter notifying you that a
complaint had been filed regarding violation of city code on your property. To date, the
violation has not been corrected.
The violation is for Junk Accumulation -Unlicensed Truck and Horse Trailer.
According to the City Code, you must correct the violation within 5 days of the
receipt of this letter or a $100 citation will be issued.
We anticipate your property will be reinspected on or about June 27, 2011.
Again, if the violation has not been resolved a citation will be issued.

Please be advised that although the enclosed letter is addressed to the tenant of your property
referenced above, it is ultimately your responsibility as the property owner to make sure the
violation is resolved.
We will continue to work with the tenant to remove this violation. However, if the violation is
not resolved in the time allotted and a citation is issued, the City Attorney has determined the
citation will be issued to you, the property owner. Therefore, we appreciate any assistance you
can give us in working with your tenant to remove this violation.
