groundwork. He said that Dan Coon is doing the actual interior plumbing. Dale went over
there to catch Dan and shut him down, but no one was working.
Bathroom vent fan vented directly outside. re-inspection passed at 2:16pm

BUILDING PERMIT DEPOSIT AGREEMENT
A $500.00 refundable deposit is being collected at the time of your building
permit application for all commercial, new homes and residential
additions/remodels/accessory buildings valued $10,000 or greater. However,
the City reserves the right to not refund this deposit if any of the following
conditions occur during the construction period:
1) theft of water service by either the plumber, owner or general
contractor,
2)No stop box location card submitted, (with new service only)
3) all required inspections have not been obtained,
4) occupancy occurs prior to a final inspection,
5) all permits have not been obtained,
6) the project is completed without a final inspection being done.
If any or all of these situations occur during construction, you may forfeit
your deposit.
I, hereby agree to the above conditions, and understand that should any or all
of the above situations occur, the building permit deposit SHALL be
forfeited or discounted upon the discretion of the City of Blair, Building and
Inspections Department.

REMARKS:
1. Walls separating business occupancy from shop area shall have a fire rating of not less than one-hour.
LSC 38.3.2.1
2. The stair enclosure shall have no less than a one-hour fire rating with a 60 minute fire rated, self
closing door to the conference room. LSC 38.3.1.1
3. The furnace room shall be separated by one-hour rated construction with a 45 minute fire rated, self
closing door. LSC 38.3.2.1
4. A second exit shall be required from the upper level. A single exit may be permitted if the stair
enclosure remains separate from any other part of the building with no door openings therein. LSC
38.2.4.2
5. Fire windows used in fire barriers shall be of a design that has been tested to meet the conditions of
acceptance of NFPA 257. LSC 8.2.3.2.2
This code review does not determine compliance with the State of Nebraska Accessibility Guidelines.
This determination shall be done by the local jurisdiction in which the project is
located.
