RE: Curb-Stop card for 2800 Krejci Blvd
Dear Mr. Kunz,
In review of any outstanding building permit items needed before the $500.00 deposit can be returned,
we have never obtained for your property the curb stop location. You are due a refund for the building
permit obtained, although the curb stop card needs to be approved and on file before we can return
the deposit.
We require all new residential houses to supply the City of Blair with a curb stop location for each
house supplied by City water. This is to ensure, in the event the water needs to be shut off from the
outside of the house, we can do this in a timely manner with the curb stop location the plumbing
contractor has supplied us with.
It appears with building permit #RN-2021-00117, when completed on or around May 30, 2023, we
did not obtain a curb stop location from you and/or the plumbing contractor. Enclosed you will find
a curb stop card and instruction.
Please return the location card at your earliest convenience. Once received and approved we will start
the process for your deposit return. Feel free to contact me with any questions.
