RE: Building permit for new dwelling to be built at 621 S. 25th Street
Dear Mr. Warrick,
Since your site plan submitted with the application did not. show
proposed utility hook-ups or a septic system, we determined in our plan
review your new dwelling property is within 100 feet of the public sewer at
25th Street and Skyline Drive. -
Enclosed is a copy of the City Ordinance requiring all habitable
structures on property located within 100 feet of a sewer line to be
connected to it.
It is our opinion that the most cost effective route would be to run
east from your house to the sewer at 25th and South Street. This will
require you to request an easement to run your sewer in the extension of
South Street, west of 25th Street which we will grant if requested. No
easement is required to connect at 25th and Skyline Drive.
Please call me if you have any questions. My .office hours are 7:00 to
10:00 a.m., Monday through Friday.

On December 15, 1995, I spoke with you on the telephone
regarding a final inspection of your new residence being
constructed at the above address . At that time, you assured me you
would request a final inspection prior to occupying the residence.
Today, we received a message from the post office stating your
mailing address is now 633 Skyline Dr. It would appear to us that
you have occupied your residence prior to contacting us for an
inspection.
Therefore, you must contact our office no later than Monday,
February 12, 1996 for this inspection. Failure to comply with this
request could result in a forfeiture of your $200.00 Building
Permit Deposit.
