Dear Mr. Riehle,
On April 10, 1996 you were sent a letter regarding the repair
of your home's electrical service. On May 6, 1996, we spoke at
City Hall regarding this matter, at which time you indicated you
would be hiring an electrician to repair this service.
To date, we have had no electrician obtain a permit to repair
this service, and ample time has passed to have this service
repaired. Therefore, you will need to correct this service by
Friday, June 14, 1996 to avoid legal action.
If you have any questions, please contact our office. Thank
you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Riehle,
Several months ago, OPPD reported to our office that your
home's electrical service was in need of repair and requested our
Building Inspector, Dale Miller to inspect your service.
Upon his inspection, Mr. Miller determined your service did
have a broken riser. Please contact a licensed electrician to
repair your electrical service. The repair of this service. will
require the electrician to obtain a permit and an inspection.
Also, this repair needs to be made as soon as possible as OPPD
has stated you were first notified of this broken riser in July,
1995.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. If you should
have any questions, feel free to contact either myself or Dale
Miller.
