WAIVER OF SIDEWALK REQUIREMENT
The undersigned, hereinafter referred to as "owner", whether one or more of the following properties, is
required by Section 8-511 of the Municipal Code of the City of Blair to install sidewalk adjacent to all streets
bordering on the lot or parcel.
Owner warrants and represents that he/she is owner of the following described real estate:
LEGAL: Valley Ridge Addition Lot 4, Blair City, Washington County, Nebraska
PIN: 890088666
Owner hereby specifically acknowledges the following:
1. Owner acknowledges that they have made an application to the City of Blair for the waiver of the
requirement for the construction of sidewalks in conjunction with the construction of a residence
thereon. Said owners further hereby specifically agree that said waiver is not a permanent waiver, and
that at any time the City of Blair requests or requires that a sidewalk be constructed on such real
estate, the owners hereby agree that they will, within a reasonable time, construct such sidewalk or
participate in a sidewalk improvement district if same is created by the City of Blair.
2. Owner hereby specifically agrees that this agreement shall constitute a covenant which shall run with
the land, and that upon the filing of this agreement against the real estate described hereinabove, all
successors, assigns, or transferees shall be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement as
though an original party hereto.
This agreement shall be binding upon the heirs, personal representatives, successors, and assigns of
the undersigned.
