Thank you for the information. We are planning 10' -set back from the west lot line, and approximately
90-100'.......... from Clark Street, which would allow us at least 10' space between our home, and the
easement, but we would like to allow 5'....... allowing us a little margin.
Does this address your concern? I can draw this up on the attachment, and get it back to you, soon.
