Inspection Report.tifDecember 27, 2017 On December 22, 2017 an inspection was done in the basement at 2165 Park. Several photographs were taken to support the following conclusion: 1. The foundation is inadequate to support the structure in a safe manner. 2. Beams and floor joists have been cut, damaged or rotted so that the floor system will need to be replaced for recovery of the building. 3. The perimeter is allowing run-off into the unfinished basement causing the dirt walls to fail, along with the bearing points supporting the structure. There is currently a connected electrical service that feeds the house and a garage. The grounding system is exposed and not providing safe service. Recommend removing meter or upgrading system. Extensive work is required to provide a foundation and floor system for this building. The mechanical and plumbing systems are incomplete and inoperable, complete replacement will be required for habitation.
